About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Risk Manager to join our team at AIG. As a key member of our risk management team, you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embed risk management practices across our organization, ensuring consistency with our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.
  • Contribute to the development of our risk management strategy and policies.
  • Monitor regulatory and market developments to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with risk owners to ensure effective risk management practices are in place.
  • Assist in the maintenance of our risk register and ensure that all risk-related documentation is up-to-date.
  • Develop and implement risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
  • Aggregate and report risk information to senior management.
  • Monitor and record changes in our risk profile and ensure that our risk management practices are effective.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues on risk management matters.
Requirements
  • Significant experience as a Senior Risk Analyst or Risk Manager in the insurance industry.
  • London market experience is preferred.
  • Risk Management and CII qualification are preferred but not essential.
  • Highly motivated and a self-starter with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and databases.
