IT Support Analyst

Role Summary

As an IT Support Analyst, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency of our IT systems. Located at our headquarters, you will deliver crucial support to team members throughout the organization. This position demands a strong focus on customer service, meticulous attention to detail, and outstanding organizational and communication abilities.

Key Duties

  • Address IT-related inquiries via phone and email from colleagues, ensuring prompt and effective assistance.
  • Utilize the Service Management system to document and resolve IT requests within established timeframes.
  • Manage the Microsoft environment and other essential business applications.
  • Oversee IT requests, coordinate projects, handle procurement requests, and ensure IT security administration.
  • Supervise the Moves, Additions, Deletions, and Changes (MADC) process, including onboarding new users on Microsoft 365.
  • Monitor internal IT communication channels and respond to requests and alerts using the IT Service Management tool.
  • Collaborate with external technology and support providers across various domains, including applications, infrastructure, networking, and telephony.
  • Maintain and update the IT SharePoint page, sharing best practices and contributing to our technology knowledge repository.
  • Assist field-based IT Engineers with their requirements, scheduling, and communication with colleagues.
  • Aid in the procurement of IT equipment and manage the purchasing process.
  • Provide general assistance and guidance to users, employing remote desktop tools as necessary.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • A-Level or equivalent qualification in technology, or relevant experience in a similar technology-focused organization.
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles, with a foundation-level qualification or higher preferred.
  • Experience in managing Microsoft-based systems and other critical business applications.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive repair systems such as Autoflow or Audatex is advantageous.
