Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our client's dynamic IT Services team at In Technology Group Limited. This role is integral to ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of our clients' IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to customers and internal teams, resolving hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate and escalate complex technical issues to second- and third-line support teams.
  • Utilize troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Meet or exceed response time targets for technical support tickets.

Required Skills and Experience

  • At least one year of experience in a service desk or technical support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Office 365.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2016/2019, virtualization technologies (VMWare/Hyper-V), and system management tools (SCCM).
  • Experience with database management systems (MS SQL) and collaboration platforms (SharePoint).
