Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning Demand and Delivery Manager to join our global Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the project management and operations of learning initiatives on a global scale. Your primary focus will be on managing the demand for learning programs, coordinating the delivery of training, and ensuring seamless execution of learning projects across various regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop global learning project plans, timelines, and budgets for learning initiatives, including defining which trainings new employees should complete during onboarding.
  • Gather training requirements from worldwide Vitol offices.
  • Ensure our existing Learning Management System (LMS) is well-maintained and interact with the provider in case of issues.
  • Ensure all trainings are catalogued in the LMS and kept updated, including links, new trainings, and content updates.
  • Ensure content producers/SMEs update their content periodically.
  • Help content producers/SMEs generate engaging trainings, consistent with other trainings in the platform.
  • Convert trainings into interactive experiences using tools like Gomo, Articulate, Adobe Adapt, etc.
  • Keep track of training completions and nudge managers if their teams have not completed necessary trainings.
  • Establish metrics and evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness and impact of learning programs and identify gaps and areas for development, such as participant satisfaction surveys.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on learning delivery performance, project status, and key insights for leadership review.
  • Evaluate and assess the need for external vendors as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Advanced degree or certification in project management, learning and development, or a related discipline is a plus.
  • Proven experience in project management and operations within the learning and development field, preferably on a global scale within a technical environment.
