Wates Group is in search of a Resource Coordination Specialist to enhance our Facilities Management division. This role is pivotal in orchestrating the planning and scheduling of our mobile engineering team in Hampshire, ensuring seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and organize planned maintenance tasks
  • Evaluate and prioritize critical assignments, ensuring timely support for urgent needs
  • Delegate work orders based on expertise, geographical considerations, and logistical arrangements
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to achieve daily objectives
  • Review resource needs to guarantee work orders comply with service level agreements

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for individuals with a background in a comparable position, possessing robust administrative capabilities and adept at task coordination.

Success Factors:

Ideal candidates will be effective communicators, able to inspire and lead others.
