  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a diverse and talented workforce.
  • Develop and implement Learning and Development (L&D) strategies to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Oversee employee services and counseling, providing support and guidance to employees.
  • Develop and revise job descriptions and contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct performance and wage reviews, ensuring fairness and equity in compensation and benefits.
  • Develop, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

  • Experience and confidence in a stand-alone HR role.
  • TUPE experience, with a strong understanding of employment law and regulations.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders, including executive leadership and board members.
  • Expertise in HR systems and databases, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company, including employees, management, and external partners.
