Wates Group is in search of a Resource Planning Coordinator to enhance our Facilities Management team. This role is pivotal in effectively managing the scheduling and planning of our mobile engineering workforce to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities
- Assess and prioritize critical tasks, allocating resources to address urgent needs
- Distribute work orders based on team members' expertise, geographical location, and logistical considerations
- Work collaboratively with various internal departments to achieve daily operational objectives
- Review resource requirements to ensure work orders comply with service level agreements (SLAs)
