Signet Resources is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator to support the CEO and the wider Commercial team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a global fintech business that operates globally and is at the forefront of its field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the CEO, including meeting planning, logistics, complex travel arrangements, and expense management.
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, coordinate events, and maintain a clear and concise schedule.
  • Support with board and executive reporting, record minutes at meetings, and follow up on actions arising.
  • Provide administrative support for key client meetings and events, including international and executive-level events.
  • Assist the CEO with sales management tools and reporting, including independently following up on sales leads.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in a commercial support role, in a fast-paced environment, supporting senior leaders.
  • Experience working in a tech, digital, or start/scale-up environment is ideal.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple executive calendars, organizing travel, setting up internal and external meetings, and following up.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and other productivity software tools.
  • Able to project manage and coordinate with executives and team members.
  • Experience working in a globally dispersed team, operating over multiple time zones.
