Exciting Opportunity at Wates Group

Wates Group is in search of a dedicated Resource Scheduler to enhance our Facilities Management team. This position primarily involves the effective organization and scheduling of the mobile engineering workforce to facilitate successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities of the Resource Scheduler:

  • Organize and manage PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) activities
  • Assess and prioritize critical tasks, ensuring timely support for urgent needs
  • Distribute work orders based on team members' skills, geographical location, and logistical considerations
  • Engage with various internal departments to achieve daily operational objectives
  • Review resource requirements to ensure work orders comply with service level agreements (SLAs)

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience in a comparable position, exhibit strong organizational abilities, and demonstrate proficiency in task coordination.
