Position Overview:

Benson Price Consultants Ltd is seeking a Senior Events Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in orchestrating a diverse range of large-scale events, including conferences, awards, and corporate communications.

Location: London (Hybrid model: 2-3 days in-office, remainder remote)

Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £50,000, plus performance-based bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the comprehensive delivery of a portfolio of high-profile events, ensuring all aspects are executed flawlessly.
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Account Director while also managing projects independently.
  • Take charge of the logistical elements involved in event production, including supplier coordination, content management, and delegate oversight.
  • Maintain strong communication with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution of event plans.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Extensive experience as a Senior Event Manager or Project Manager within an events agency.
  • A proven track record of managing large-scale events with budgets exceeding £200,000.
  • Strong skills in client relationship management and the ability to foster and grow partnerships.
  • Expertise in handling conferences and internal communications events, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the agency environment.
