The Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington is seeking a dedicated Reception Manager to oversee the Front Office operations, ensuring the highest standards of guest service, presentation, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain constant communication with the Assistant Front of House Manager and Front of House Manager.
  • Lead the Reception team to deliver exceptional service and interact positively with guests.
  • Manage lobby traffic during peak times to minimize wait times while maintaining a dignified atmosphere.
  • Provide support and guidance to staff at the reception desk.
  • Accurately record staff financial transactions and address any discrepancies.
  • Assist in the daily organization and management of Reception services.
  • Foster guest relationships and loyalty by proactively addressing inquiries and building connections with repeat guests.
