About the Role

Gallagher Global Brokerage is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development, while maintaining exceptional relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, exceeding targets and contributing to our overall revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail customers, offering tailored solutions and services to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve our business objectives, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate effectively with underwriters and insurers to secure the best possible terms for our clients.
  • Represent Gallagher Global Brokerage in a professional and dynamic manner, promoting our brand and values.
About You
  • You have a proven track record of success in business development, sales management, and commercial insurance.
  • You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • You are comfortable generating leads and building pipelines autonomously, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • You are eligible to work in the UK and have the ability to travel as required.
