Sales Representative for UK Market

This is an entry-level opportunity, perfect for individuals aspiring to build a career in IT Sales. As a Sales Representative, you will collaborate with the Mimecast vendor team to enhance the partnership with Mimecast. Your role will involve engaging with our partners to promote and boost sales of the Mimecast solutions, while also providing sales and administrative support to a designated Business Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster strong internal and external relationships to facilitate seamless transactions for customers and vendors
- Meet all financial and performance-related KPIs
- Deliver accurate quotes ensuring they are correct on the first attempt
- Communicate effectively via phone and email to add value to the vendor and partner
- Address any issues promptly and efficiently
- Upsell and gain comprehensive knowledge of the vendor and their offerings
- Maximize opportunities and adopt a proactive sales approach
- Report on progress, challenges, and achievements
- Keep customers informed about the status of quotes and orders
- Encourage participation in Exclusive Networks and partner events/webinars
- Ensure our NetSuite and other documentation are current
