Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at TurnerFox Recruitment. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Manage existing client relationships, including answering queries, updating accounts, and dealing with client adjustments.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, capture relevant information, and approach the market for relevant and competitive quotations.
  • Service Delivery: Manage service delivery from brief to completion, including liaising with internal departments and supplying quotations to clients.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including processing new policies and managing credit agreements.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in account management or a related field is required.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build relationships and liaise at all levels are essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software is required.
