**Job Summary**

Career Legal is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graduate Development Advisor to join our team in London. As a Graduate Development Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of our trainees and early careers professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide expert guidance and advice to trainees on their career development and professional growth.
  • Manage the seat rotation process to ensure a smooth and efficient transition for trainees, balancing firm needs with individual preferences.
  • Review and moderate trainee seat reviews to monitor performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Oversee the secondment process, reviewing all secondment terms for international and client secondments.
  • Assist with trainee application screening, vacation schemes, and in-house recruitment events as needed.
  • Support the HR team with the qualification process, ensuring seamless integration of new recruits.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will have 2-3 years of experience in Graduate Development or Generalist HR, preferably in a professional services organization or law firm. You will possess strong administrative skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of processes with precision and accuracy. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential, as is experience in project management, effective presentation skills, and strong communication abilities. As a flexible and enthusiastic team player, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to influence and challenge situations when needed.
