Our client a leading financial services organisation is seeking a dynamic Early Careers Coordinator to join their talent acquisition team on a 12 month basis with the potential longer term. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of talent development and front office Early Careers recruitment, supporting with the global coordination of the Graduate and Internship programs, in a fast pace and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Screen high volumes of applications from universities, maintaining relationships with key institutions.Support the end-to-end early careers program, including events, speaker series, and classroom trainingCoordinate rotations for graduates, ensuring exposure to various functions being a point of contact for queries throughout.Extensive diary management scheduling interviews across time zones.Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across global offices to understand business needs and guide a smooth process.Manage and maintain program trackers using Excel and WorkdayOrganise and execute recruitment events and assessment centres.Support with diversity & inclusion projects The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about nurturing early talent. Previous experience in Campus recruitment in a fast-pace and dynamic Tech, Financial or Professional Services company is essential. You will need to be able to build relationships across the business to support with the coordination of all Early Careers recruitment and ongoing talent development. Proficiency in Excel and Workday is beneficial in this role.
