Early Careers Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Early Careers Program Coordinator to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the future of MUFG by supporting the recruitment and development of exceptional early career talent.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support for the execution of Early Careers Programs, including program design, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies for early career positions.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure efficient program delivery.
  • Coordinate events and activities to promote MUFG as an employer of choice for early career professionals.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of initiatives to enhance the onboarding experience for new hires.
Qualifications:
  • Proven project management experience with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience working within complex professional services organizations or HR-related functions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
