We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Talent Acquisition team at The Early Careers Company. As an Asset Development Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional careers for everyone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our clients to deliver on mandates and hiring campaigns, providing expert advice and guidance on early talent strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and candidates, to ensure a smooth and consistent candidate experience.
  • Identify and approach potential candidates, building relationships and providing them with a clear understanding of their career opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our team to design and implement world-class early careers infrastructure, including campus strategies and diversity-focused internships.
  • Provide compelling narratives around our clients' histories, growth, business models, structures, processes, and roles to deliver to potential joiners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 0-1 year of professional working experience in a client or customer-facing environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer

  • An initial three-month contract, after which you will move into a permanent role on our 12-month Associate Programme.
  • A competitive starting salary of £27k, increasing to £30k upon moving into a permanent role, with the opportunity to earn additional bonuses.
