**About Career Legal**

Career Legal is a leading global law firm with an outstanding reputation, seeking a highly skilled Graduate Recruitment and Development Coordinator to join their wider HR team on a permanent basis.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support with all aspects of employer branding, including review of all promotional materials, organizing artwork for publications, maintaining the content of the graduate recruitment website, and dealing with all other aspects of graduate advertising.
  • Support across the legal apprenticeship, trainee vacation scheme, and open day selection and offer processes.
  • Support with and provide advice regarding the various diversity programs in place.
  • Monitor current and future trainee performance, through to qualification, assisting with any performance issues.
  • Assist with the appraisal process for trainee solicitors, ensuring all appraisal reviews with trainees are completed on a bi-annual basis.
  • Attend and organize future trainee social events.
  • Administrative duties, keeping the HR system up to date at all times, keeping all trainee files up to date.

**Requirements**

  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within a law firm, with a full understanding of the process involved in trainee solicitor recruitment and development.
  • Education to a degree level.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
