About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager/SEND Administrator to join our team at The Early Careers Group Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our SEND services, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our SEND team, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the office, including maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and plans.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
  • Experience working in a SEND environment or a similar field.
