Marsh McLennan has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Early Careers Recruiter to join our dedicated Early Careers team covering Central Europe. Our team supports the Marsh McLennan businesses and are part of a global function of recruiting professionals. Joining the team will provide you with the opportunity to recruit for a market-leading organisation that is passionate about growing and investing in our early careers talent.

In this role you will be fundamental to the execution of our attraction and selection strategy across Marsh McLennan operation companies; Mercer, Marsh and Guy Carpenter. You will facilitate the local conceptualisation, development, and execution of off-cycle recruitment strategies. You will collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure the strategy is executed efficiently, with a focus on diversity and both a positive candidate and business experience.

We will rely on you to:

  • Collaborate with business managers and Early Careers Leadership to define and deliver the early careers sourcing and hiring strategy.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with your internal customer base and communicate, influence, educate and champion the Talent Acquisition Early Careers model.
  • Develop targeted sourcing & selection strategies, supported with data analysis and metrics, based on the needs of individual businesses.
  • Own the overall execution of off-cycle recruitment activities within the Early Careers Team.
  • Provide support for; career fairs, info sessions, onsite interviews, club events, tech talks, in office tours and events, sponsorships etc.
  • Ensure a smooth and consistent candidate experience and manage the experience for students throughout their application, assessment and on-boarding process.
  • Assist with planning and attending diversity insight days and targeted events.
  • Assist with tracking key metrics and reports to analyse the success of the program and continue to look at new and innovative ways to improve it.

What you need to have:

  • A proven background in partnering with lines of business to develop and implement high volume early careers hiring.
  • Experience in the creation and deployment of an Early Careers recruitment strategy with an understanding of the Graduate and Intern recruitment lifecycles.
  • Fluent in English along with at least one other European language from either German, French Italian, Spanish or Dutch.
  • Demonstrated the ability to influence leaders on the 'value proposition' for Early Careers hiring.
  • Strong knowledge of social media, search techniques and industry trends.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate/present to large audiences at schools and within the organisation.
  • Ability to travel across Europe during peak University recruitment seasons.

What makes you stand out:

  • Proven track record of successfully managing c70-80 Graduates/apprentice hires simultaneously.
  • Experience of Workday Recruiter would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, organisation preferred.
