As a Candidate Experience Associate, you'll support our Early Talent Recruitment team in delivering exceptional candidate experiences for our clients. This includes managing candidate interactions, CV screening, and conducting pre-recorded and live video interviews.

You'll report trends in candidate queries to Early Talent Managers and conduct telephone and video interviews, effectively scoring candidates based on a scoring matrix.
