**Job Summary**

Handle Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Early Careers Recruiter to join our team and support the iconic media business in their internship programme. As a key member of the Early Careers team, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, from initial advertising and promotion to careers fairs and social events.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the recruitment process for the internship programme, including advertising, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and presenting candidates to hiring managers.
  • Work closely with the hiring managers to brief on the recruitment process and provide support throughout.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with the Early Careers team to ensure the recruitment process is aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in 360 recruitment, with a focus on early careers programmes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Familiarity with the creative industries or early careers programmes is an advantage.
