Join Our Team as an Early Careers Recruitment Consultant

Are you a driven and organized early careers recruitment professional looking to expand your knowledge and responsibilities? Or do you have experience in early careers recruitment and want to take on a more focused role?

We're working with one of the UK's leading professional services companies to find the perfect candidate for their early careers programme.

As an Early Careers Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in leading their small yet expanding early careers programme, overseeing graduate programmes, apprenticeship schemes, and internships. You'll work closely with the HR team, business leaders, and other stakeholders to identify and nurture future talent.

The ideal candidate will bring experience from in-house early careers platforms and be looking to broaden their early careers recruitment exposure and responsibility.

This role is based in central London and operates on a hybrid model, with three days in the office and two days working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the early careers programme, overseeing graduate programmes, apprenticeship schemes, and internships
  • Work closely with the HR team, business leaders, and other stakeholders to identify and nurture future talent
  • Broaden your early careers recruitment exposure and responsibility
