Join Our Team as an Early Careers Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Early Careers Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Macmillan Davies. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a pivotal role in leading our early careers programme, overseeing graduate programmes, apprenticeship schemes, and internships.

Working closely with our HR team, business leaders, and other key stakeholders, you will have a crucial role in identifying and nurturing future talent that will empower our company to thrive and diversify its workforce across all functions. You will be the face of early careers and will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent.

The ideal candidate will bring their experience from in-house early careers platforms, looking to broaden their early careers recruitment exposure and responsibility. This role is based in central London and operates on a hybrid model, with three days in the office and two days working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of early careers recruitment strategies
  • Oversee graduate programmes, apprenticeship schemes, and internships
  • Work closely with HR team, business leaders, and other key stakeholders to identify and nurture future talent
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of early careers programmes

Requirements:

  • Experience in early careers recruitment or a related field
  • Strong understanding of early careers recruitment strategies and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
