About the Role

We are seeking an Early Careers Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As an Early Careers Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment and development of new early careers joiners to our firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organise and coordinate Assessment Centres, including candidate and assessor management, production of assessment materials, and general administrative support.
  • Manage events, such as careers fairs, Q&A panels, and online events, to promote our early careers programs.
  • Plan and organise Insight and Internship programs, including logistical components and administrative support.
  • Provide administrative support with processing invoices, budget tracking, room/video conference bookings, and candidate query management.
  • Track and manage apprentice and graduate performance management reviews.
  • Support the Graduate Development Manager with the execution of the annual qualification process.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have some experience in a HR administrative capacity, whether that be Early Careers Coordination, Recruitment Administration, or HR administration. You will also have excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
