Early Careers Recruitment Coordinator

Crone Corkill is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Early Careers Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. As an Early Careers Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in evaluating candidate applications, analyzing video interviews, and supporting in-person interviews.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.
  • Analyze and assess candidate applications, including resumes and supplementary documents, to identify suitable candidates for our summer internship roles.
  • Review video interviews and provide feedback to ensure a fair and standardized evaluation process.
  • Coordinate assessment centre logistics, including scheduling, room booking, and candidate communication.
  • Provide exceptional support to candidates, hiring managers, and team members throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach to foresee and resolve potential issues.
  • Enthusiasm for guiding early career talent towards their ideal roles and ensuring their success within the organization.
