Early Careers Coordinator Job Description

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Early Careers Coordinator to join our team. As an Early Careers Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Early Careers Team in the recruitment and development of new early careers joiners to the firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage Assessment Centres, including candidate and assessor management, production of assessment materials, and candidate query management.
  • Organize and facilitate events, such as careers fairs, Q&A panels, and online events.
  • Plan and organize Insight and Internship programmes, including logistical components and administrative support.
  • Provide administrative support with processing invoices, budget tracking, room/video conference bookings, and candidate query management.
  • Track and manage apprentice and graduate performance management reviews.
  • Coordinate logistics and associated activities for apprentice and graduate rotations.
  • Plan and organize all logistical components relating to apprentice and graduate training programmes.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a HR administrative capacity, preferably in Early Careers Coordination or Recruitment Administration.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
What We Offer:
