Job Summary
Career Legal is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Development Advisor to join our team in London. As a key member of our Early Careers team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of our trainees and ensuring they have a positive and productive experience within the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage seat rotations of trainees to meet the firm's resourcing needs while balancing trainee preferences.
- Review and moderate trainee seat reviews to monitor performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Assist with trainee application screening, vacation schemes, and in-house recruitment events as needed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 2-3 years of previous experience in Graduate Development or Generalist HR in a professional services organization or law firm.
- Strong administrative experience with the ability to manage high volumes of processes with high proficiency in IT skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Project management experience, effective presentation skills, and strong communication skills with the ability to influence and challenge situations when needed.
- A flexible and can-do approach, with the ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
