Job Description

We are seeking an Early Careers Advisor to join our team at Frazer Jones. This is a permanent role within a hybrid working environment based in London.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Induction, seat allocation, seat rotation, and secondment arrangements for future joiners within early careers.
  • Manage and support Employee Relations cases for current trainees or future joiners, including solicitor apprentices.
  • Develop and implement the solicitor apprenticeship programme, including induction, seat allocation, seat rotation, and qualification.
  • Act as the main point of contact for solicitor apprentices and manage the roll-out of the programme at the firm.
  • Organise and run events for early careers development team members.
  • Strong understanding of the route to qualification via the SQE and up-to-date knowledge on regulatory changes from the SRA.
  • Shared responsibility with the team for booking and delivering presentations or briefings.
  • Liaise with BPP Law School on future joiners and maintain an ongoing relationship.

  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task, keep calm under pressure, and work to tight deadlines.
