We are seeking a skilled Career Development Professional to join our dynamic team at The Early Careers Company, starting in January 2025. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of early careers.

The Role

This role is a critical component of our ECC team, serving as the first step on the career ladder. You'll work closely with our clients, developing high-capability juniors who can grow and develop with our organisation.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborating with clients across various sectors to deliver hiring campaigns and mandates.
  • Building relationships with stakeholders, leveraging our sophisticated account management approach.
  • Advising clients on early talent strategies, including interview process design and hiring plan development.
  • Crafting compelling narratives about our clients' histories, growth, and business models.
  • Identifying and engaging with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
  • Managing hiring processes to ensure a seamless experience for both businesses and candidates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 0-1 year of professional working experience in a client-facing environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits

  • A competitive salary of £30,000, with opportunities for additional bonuses.
