We're a dynamic, fast-paced organisation dedicated to delivering incredible careers for everyone. Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for an Associate to join us on a 3-month internship, starting in September 2024.

Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to support our Talent Acquisition team in delivering exceptional hiring experiences for our clients. As an Associate, you'll work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and talent acquisition success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies across various client accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to design and deliver compelling narratives around client histories, growth, business models, structures, and roles.
  • Identify, approach, and build relationships with candidates, typically young people with limited or no work experience.
  • Provide exceptional candidate experiences through clear communication and effective relationship-building.
  • Contribute to the development of hiring plans and interview processes that meet client needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 0-1 year of professional working experience in a client or customer-facing environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • An initial three-month contract, with the opportunity to move into a permanent role on our 12-month Associate Programme.
  • A competitive starting salary of £27k, increasing to £30k upon moving into a permanent role, with the opportunity to earn additional bonuses.
