Graduate Development Advisor/Early Careers Advisor

Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a highly skilled Graduate Development Advisor/Early Careers Advisor to join their London office on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage seat rotations of trainees to meet the firm's resourcing needs while balancing trainee preferences.
  • Moderate and review trainee seat reviews to monitor performance.
  • Assist with trainee application screening, vacation schemes, and in-house recruitment events as needed.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of previous Graduate Development or Generalist HR experience in a professional services organization/law firm in a similar role.

Strong administrative experience, high proficiency in IT skills, including Excel and PowerPoint, and some project management experience are essential.

The right candidate will be a flexible professional with a can-do approach, able to work well under pressure, and be an enthusiastic team-player.
