We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Inside Sales Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our sales team, ensuring seamless communication with customers, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Respond to inbound sales leads, provide written acknowledgement, and arrange initial contact via Teams to gain valuable insights from prospects.
  • Opportunity Creation: Create opportunities within our CRM system and document all steps and information prior to handover to the sales team.
  • Business Development: Research and seek out new business opportunities in the market, and proactively make first contact with potential customers to qualify leads.
  • Administrative Support: Update our CRM system, including qualifying, creating opportunities, and updating records as required.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide administrative support to the VP Sales, including generating sales collateral and templates, and assisting with customer events.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience working within the Air Cargo Transport Industry, either with Cargo Ground Handling, Airline – Cargo Division, Freight Forwarder, or GSA – Cargo.
  • Education: High School education.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge: Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
