Sales Support Specialist

Kandhu Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Sales Support Executive to join their team in the Food Industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with customers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer accounts to ensure satisfaction with company products and services.
  • Sustain solid relationships with existing key customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations.
  • Assist Key Account Managers with administrative tasks and update the system.
  • Accurately record details of customers' purchase orders.
  • Maintain and update in-house software with customer information.
  • Create and present detailed sales reports to the Sales team.

Requirements:
  • Good telephone manners and excellent English speaker.
  • Chinese speaker or experience working with Chinese companies is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, Word, and general IT skills essential.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
