**About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Inside Sales Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our sales team, ensuring seamless communication with customers, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Respond to inbound sales leads, provide written acknowledgement, and arrange initial contact via Teams to gain valuable insights from prospects.
  • Business Development: Perform business checks on incoming leads to ensure viability, create opportunities in CRM, and document all steps and information prior to handover to Sales.
  • Customer Support: Provide standard pricing and information to prospects or customers for out-of-the-box services, follow up until contract is signed, and proactively seek out new business opportunities in the market.
  • Administrative Support: Update CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) as required, produce and report performance/status and quality reports, and provide general admin support to the VP Sales.
  • Sales Enablement: Administrator for our Sales Enablement tool, supported by Marketing.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience working within the Air Cargo Transport Industry, either with Cargo Ground Handling, Airline – Cargo Division, Freight Forwarder, or GSA-Cargo.
  • Education: High School education.
  • Skills: Confident, upbeat, and strong communicator with a broad understanding of the Air Cargo industry, working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Microsoft Office products.
