Job Summary:

CHAMP Cargosystems is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inside Sales Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and prospects, driving sales growth, and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the air cargo industry, utilizing your knowledge of the market and our products to drive sales growth.
  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to our customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, providing insights and recommendations to drive sales performance.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our sales team, including data entry, report generation, and other tasks as required.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve our sales processes and procedures, implementing changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the air cargo industry.
  • Education: High school education or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM systems an asset.
