Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, sustaining relationships with key customers, and developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Account Management
    • Manage customer accounts to ensure satisfaction with company products and services
    • Sustain solid relationships with existing key customers to encourage repeat business
  • Product Knowledge
    • Develop in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
  • Administrative Support
    • Assist Key Account Managers with administrative tasks and updating the system
    • Accurately record details of customers' purchase orders
    • Maintain and update the in-house software with customer information
  • Reporting
    • Create and present detailed sales reports to the Sales team

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a sales support or administrative support role in the food industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • 1-2 years experience in sales
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred (but not required)
