Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
  • Utilize Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to deliver effective assistance.
  • Maintain student focus and manage potential behavioral triggers.
  • Implement de-escalation techniques to handle challenging situations.
  • Foster a passion for working with Special Educational Needs (SEN) students, embracing the unique challenges each day presents.
