About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Autism Support Worker to join our team at Autism Initiatives Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to individuals with autism, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop trusting relationships with individuals with autism, promoting independence and self-advocacy.
  • Provide personalized support to meet the unique needs of each individual, including personal care and daily living tasks.
  • Encourage and support individuals to engage in community activities, promoting social inclusion and participation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support and care.
