About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Autism Initiatives Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered support to individuals with autism, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

Our ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for supporting people with autism and a positive attitude towards providing high-quality care. Experience is not essential, but a willingness to learn and develop your skills is key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop trusting relationships with individuals with autism and provide personalized support to meet their unique needs.
  • Support individuals with personal care, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Encourage and enable individuals to pursue their interests and engage in their communities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a comprehensive support service.
