About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Priory Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and medication management.
  • Support individuals to engage in activities and hobbies that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals, promoting their self-esteem and confidence.
Requirements
  • Reliable, friendly, and caring approach to supporting individuals with autism and learning disabilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
  • DBS clearance (Disclosure and Barring Service) at an appropriate level.
