Role Overview – Repair Claims Coordinator:

We are seeking a Repair Claims Coordinator with experience in insurance claims management to collaborate with our network of contractors. This role involves overseeing the execution of repair work following claim approvals, while maintaining communication with insurers and loss adjusters throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign contractors from our network based on client specifications.
  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of repair projects, ensuring timely execution and communication.
  • Conduct initial estimate validations and finalize accounts with supporting documentation.
  • Monitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with service level agreements and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Maintain proactive communication with all stakeholders, including contractors, policyholders, and insurers.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance calls with policyholders to ensure satisfaction with repair progress.
  • Provide management with insights on contractor performance and suggest process improvements.

Candidate Profile:

  • Outstanding customer service and negotiation abilities.
  • Understanding of insurance repair processes is essential.
  • Experience in providing technical support related to building repairs is advantageous.
  • Proficient in scheduling appointments and managing communications with diverse clients.
  • Empathetic approach to handling challenging conversations with policyholders.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a professional team.
  • Competent in using technology effectively.
