Location - Office based - Manchester

From £23,000 to £25,000 per annum based on experience and passing probation

Start: Immediate

Hours: 40 hours per week between 9am to 5pm Mon to Fri

**Blackthorn Repair Management**

Blackthorn manages accident damage repairs to clients’ vehicles following their involvement in a road traffic accident across the UK.

**The Role**

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Repair Coordinator to join our new Manchester team.

As a repair Coordinator You will be responsible for managing and maintaining client files throughout the repair process. You will proactively manage the period of repairs directly with the network of repairing garages reporting directly to our supply chain in a timely manner. You will also co-ordinate the provision of hire vehicles during the period of repair.

**About you**
- You are proactive with excellent communication skills
- You’re a real people person who can build trust and support across a wide network of areas
- Previous experience in client relationship / automotive sector / insurance sector is desirable but not essential
- You will have an attention to detail and accuracy in relation to data
- You have planning, organisation and time management skills
- Be able to build relationships and influence outcomes with both internal and external stakeholders
- Good computer skills including the use of Microsoft products and web based client relationship / claims management tools

**Typical duties for a Customer Service Advisor could include**
- Understanding the needs of the individual customer (driver involved in a RTA)
- Answering customer enquiries
- Providing information about our services
- Ensuring good customer service for the client
- Making and receiving calls to clients and other professionals
- Maintaining customer files
- Maintaining good attention to detail

Liaise with repair network

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
