Motors Damage Assessor Role

We offer a highly competitive salary of up to £45,000 per year, plus additional benefits and incentives.

This full-time position involves working 40 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, until 10pm, with flexible start and end times.

  • Accurate Estimates: Generate precise estimates using Audatex software.
  • Effective Communication: Inform customers about repair details and expected completion dates.
  • Detailed Documentation: Compile relevant data and complete supplementary documents.
  • Data Entry: Enter estimate and repair information into the Advance system.
  • Tracking Progress: Monitor vehicles throughout the repair process.
  • Negotiations: Collaborate with engineers to negotiate estimates when necessary.
  • Claims Handling: Address claim-related matters with engineers.
  • Additional Repairs: Identify potential non-insurance repair opportunities.
  • On-Site Estimation: Conduct mobile and walk-around estimates.
  • Equipment Management: Maintain and secure assigned equipment.
  • Team Assistance: Support fellow team members as needed.
Key Requirements:
  • Industry Background: Proven experience or knowledge in the automotive repair sector.
  • ATA Certification: Hold ATA-accredited status.
  • Customer Care: Possess strong customer service skills and experience delivering top-notch service.
  • Organisation and Planning: Demonstrate effective planning and organisational skills.
  • Adaptability: Display flexibility and adaptability in managing workload across departments.
  • Licence: Hold a valid driving license.
