About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a Regional Director, leading our team of exceptional CIOs and CTOs in territories across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead a team of CIOs and CTOs to deliver exceptional service to clients
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing and future clients, understanding their business needs and developing solutions to drive growth and efficiency
  • Position Freeman Clarke as the go-to provider of fractional CIOs, CTOs, and CISOs, both regionally and nationally
  • Lead and grow our regional team to deliver the best possible service to clients and be recognized as trusted advisors within their business ecosystems
  • Role-model continuous learning and development within your team, staying up-to-date with emerging technology innovation

About You

We are looking for someone with significant experience in leading IT teams, preferably at CIO/CTO level, or a track record of selling technology consulting services. You will have a passion for technology as an enabler of 21st-century business and a natural interest in the rapidly evolving business technology landscape.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working at CIO/CTO level or a track record of selling consulting services within the technology sector
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and curiosity for the range of challenges facing business in the 2020s
  • Demonstrable interest in the rapidly evolving business technology landscape and how tech can be used to create value for all stakeholders within commercial settings
  • Experience of leading digital transformation programs to drive wider business transformation
  • Cybersecurity awareness and experience of risk mitigation
  • A clear interest in people and human motivation
  • Demonstrable relationship-building skills, ideally within a regional business network community
  • A growth mindset and proactive attitude towards continuous learning and development
