We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as Regional Director, leading our team of CIOs and CTOs in territories across the UK. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving regional revenue growth, building trusted relationships with clients, and positioning Freeman Clarke as the go-to provider of fractional CIOs, CTOs, and CISOs.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organization, with a proven track record in delivering fractional CIO and CTO services to ambitious mid-tier businesses. As Regional Director, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a regional growth strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
- Leading and growing our regional team of CIOs and CTOs, ensuring they have the skills and support needed to deliver exceptional service to clients
- Collaborating with our national network of IT Principals and Regional Directors to share best practices and drive business growth
- Staying up-to-date with emerging technology trends and innovations, and applying this knowledge to drive business value for our clients
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in IT leadership, preferably at CIO or CTO level. You will have a proven track record of driving business growth, building strong relationships with clients, and leading high-performing teams. You will be passionate about technology innovation and its application in business, with a strong understanding of the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
You will be a natural communicator, with excellent written and verbal skills, and the ability to facilitate meetings at board level. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a growth mindset and a proactive attitude towards continuous learning and development.
