About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT leader to join our team as Regional Director, responsible for leading our team of CIOs and CTOs in territories across the UK. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving regional revenue growth and positioning Freeman Clarke as the go-to provider of fractional CIOs, CTOs, and CISOs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a regional growth strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  2. Lead and manage a team of CIOs and CTOs, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional service to clients.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their business needs and developing tailored solutions to drive business growth.
  4. Collaborate with our national network of IT Principals and Regional Directors to share best practices and drive business success.
  5. Stay up-to-date with emerging technology trends and innovations, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve client outcomes.
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced IT leader with a proven track record of driving business growth and leading high-performing teams. You will have:

  1. Significant experience in IT leadership, with a strong understanding of the IT sector and its trends.
  2. A proven ability to develop and execute business growth strategies, driving revenue growth and expanding client bases.
  3. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
  4. Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  5. A growth mindset, with a passion for staying up-to-date with emerging technology trends and innovations.
