About the Lead Strategic Partnerships Manager Role:

In the capacity of Lead Strategic Partnerships Manager at IGT, you will manage collaborations with significant Players and Operators. Your responsibilities will extend beyond conventional Partnership Management by concentrating on comprehending operators' requirements and business motivations to unveil high-value prospects and broaden content distribution in emerging markets. You will represent our Aggregation Value Proposition, interacting with both operators and suppliers to stimulate business development and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish robust relationships with tier 1 accounts to enhance revenue for all stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary contact, delivering exceptional service and support to accounts
  • Conduct regular review meetings with partners and operators, showcasing key performance metrics and objectives
  • Manage the pipeline of new partners, facilitating the onboarding process and assessing new offerings
  • Collaborate with internal teams to comprehend and address customer requirements
  • Oversee revenue streams from designated Operator/Partner accounts
  • Develop and implement a sales account strategy to boost existing partner and operator revenues
  • Identify opportunities to introduce products into new markets and accounts
  • Provide insights on industry trends and account needs to influence the commercial strategy
  • Enhance awareness of the partner business both internally and externally
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, services, and future plans
