We are in search of a personable and motivated Administrative Coordinator to become a vital part of our exceptional Rheumatology and Pain Assessment and Clinical Evaluation Teams.

This role will involve working on selected weekdays, with flexible hours available to accommodate both part-time and full-time schedules.

The ideal candidate will exhibit strong communication abilities, a positive attitude, and proven interpersonal skills. Proficiency in IT and the capacity to manage your workload effectively are crucial.

Key Responsibilities

The administration team is looking for a part-time coordinator to join our Reception Team. The successful applicant may be required to assist in various reception areas as needed.

As a team member, you will provide top-notch administrative support for both patients and staff. Your duties will include:

  • Welcoming and assisting patients upon arrival.
  • Data entry and management of patient appointments.
  • Handling appointment modifications and sending out reminders.
  • Responding to phone inquiries and utilizing office equipment such as scanners and printers.
  • Inputting referrals and managing messages for the relevant departments.

In this role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for anyone reaching out to our services, addressing inquiries and appointment requests with professionalism.

Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office are essential. Training will be provided on our internal systems, and knowledge of relevant software would be beneficial.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • GCSE or equivalent qualifications.
  • Experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in IT and communication.

Desirable:

  • NVQ level 2 or equivalent.
  • Experience with specific software systems.
